Mission Statement
Problem:
Most conversations about occupation focus primarily on the reasons for the occupation which inevitably leads to arguments about who is right and who is wrong, who is entitled to land, resources, etc… and who is not. Invariably, the violence of militarized occupation with its devastating consequences receives far less attention than a humane world should expect and demand.

Solution:
Attention: Occupation Film Festival proposes that an horizontal analysis of violent, militarized occupation, as an institutionalized campaign employed unilaterally to establish regionally unwelcome international relations helps focus on the violence of the method employed. This is accomplished, quite controversially, by focusing less on the oppressor and the oppressed alike and utilizing cross-sectional analysis, generic dialog focused on methodology detached somewhat from local context, and horizontally oriented scholarly work that reveals common denominators and patterns easily identified as universal to the violent options found in use regardless of contextual powerplays.

Buy something original!

Why buy handmade?
If you like to stand out,be original, have unique clothes, jewellery etc, support independent artists, help the environment(the effects of mass production are the cause of global warming and water, air and soil poisoning),give one-of-a-kind gifts then YOU should buy handmade products!

Today you will have the opportunity to do it in InDecks Club(Krakowskie Przedmieście 24) from 3-6pm there will be a handmade fair with earings, brooches, rings, bags and shawls. The entrance is free,so even if you don't find anything that suits you, nothing is wasted.Go and check it out and write us-esncoolture@gmail.com-if you like such events(even if not this one specifically),because then we will give you info about bigger events like this, where a lot of artists go to and have a wide variety of handmade products for the home as well.Easter is coming up,some of you will be heading back home for the holidays,so handmade products can be the perfect gift from Poland made by polish artists!
